PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Consultation & Project Fees
Consultation Fee (Kinstructure Consulting):
A non-refundable $75 consultation fee is required for all Kinstructure Consulting appointments. This fee secures your time slot and will be credited toward your final project cost if you proceed within 30 days of your consultation.
Project Deposits (KinStory & Heritage Designs):
KinStory Memorial Genealogy and Kinstructure Heritage Designs require a 50% deposit to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and final delivery.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 48 hours or more notice: Reschedule or cancel your consultation to retain your fee as a credit toward future services
- Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Consultation fee is forfeited
- Project deposits: Non-refundable once work has begun
